How Do I Know if My Mini Needs Restorative Care?

Cavities are common in kids, but they require restorative treatment so they don’t get worse. Tooth decay, infection, and trauma can all cause damage that needs dental intervention!

Cracked, broken, or damaged teeth can benefit from a variety of restorative treatment options, including:

  • White fillings

  • Stainless steel crowns

  • Nerve treatments

  • Extractions

  • Hall crowns

  • Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF)

If your kiddo needs restorative care, don’t worry! Tooth decay and damage are common, and the Mini Molars team has tons of experience making things right. We also have “no shot, no drill” options to help protect tiny teeth without the stress of dental drilling and numbing shots.

Cavities, White Fillings, and Restored Smiles

Cavities happen! In fact, they’re the most common preventable disease in children. Luckily, the Mini Molars team specializes in preventative care to help prevent tooth decay as well as restorative care for damaged teeth.

White fillings look and feel just like your child’s natural tooth, making them aesthetically and functionally ideal.

Crown Options for Mini Royalty

At Mini Molars, we offer traditional stainless steel crowns and Hall crowns. Both are made of stainless steel, but the Hall crown is attached without a numbing shot or any drilling. We offer Hall crowns as part of our “no shot, no drill” dentistry treatment, and they are highly effective at protecting decayed and damaged teeth. If your mini has expressed tooth pain or soreness, a cavity might be the culprit. Don’t worry – the Mini Molars team is on it!

Crowns are a good option if your child has cracked their tooth or has advanced tooth decay. Hall crowns and traditional stainless steel crowns protect the damaged tooth from further damage, providing essential support until adult teeth grow in.
